Customer Services Assistant - working for one of Travels well known companies you will be part of their customer services department. Are you self motivated, use to using your own initiative and have an excellent customer services. Then please read further.................
Responsibilities: -
- Reporting on recurring problems and assisting with the daily workload. - Assisting with the daily duties to be actioned including administration - Answering incoming queries by telephone - Logging all customer contacts and updating notes - Assisting unhappy clients in resort and taking ownership until the problem is resolved
Skills required:-
- Min GCSE English*Maths C and above - ABTA Training Course (desirable not essential) - previous customer service experience - previous travel industry experience - Knowledge of the ABTA Code of Conduct - Complaint letter writing experience (desirable not essential)
